Central New York punk rockers Lucky33’s new song “So Long (And Thanks For The Scraps)” proves that punk’s not dead yet.
The Syracuse based quartet shred on the nearly three minute track, which you can hear here. It channels in elements found in groups like NOFX, I Am The Avalanche, and Good Riddance. “So Long (And Thanks For The Scraps)” is from their upcoming currently untitled album, scheduled to come out later this year.
Lucky33 formed in 2012 and consist of bassist/vocalist Red, drummer Kiwi, guitarist/vocalist Useless Dave, and guitarist/lead vocalist Zac. The band have done shows with Agent Orange, The Barksdales, The Suicide Machines, On The Cinder, and The Jukebox Romantics. They even played at the Vans Warped Tour after party in Atlantic City, N.J. with Toy Box Brigade, Color Killer, and Run Rabbit Run.
