Beartooth, Fit For A King, Left Behind, More To Play iMatter Festival 2019

This year marks the tenth annual iMatter Festival. And to celebrate, their busting out their biggest headliner ever.

Headlining this year’s festivities is the rock group Beartooth. Others performing include Left Behind, Norma Jean, The Last Ten Seconds Of Life, Wage War, I See Stars, Fit For A King, Born A New, From The Branches Of Tide, Saving Vice, and Traitors.

Created in 2010, the festival’s message is to “counter suicide, self-harm and self-doubt by promoting unearthed value, unveiled purpose and defiant hope to this generation,” according to their website.

The festival is free but VIP meet and greet tickets go on sale Wednesday, May 1. iMatter Festival 2019 takes place Sunday, August 11, at the Chemung County Fairgrounds in Horseheads, N.Y..

Artists who’ve played iMatter Festival in the past include August Burns Red, Emery, The Devil Wears Prada, The Color Morale, PVRIS, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Counterparts, Balance And Composure, and Impending Doom.

Underoath, August Burns Red, ’68, More To Appear At iMatter Festival

Thursday was the official day that the iMatter Festival revealed their full lineup, and this year it’s stacked beyond belief.

Underoath, August Burns Red, Microwave, ’68, and Impending Doom will be performing at the Chemung County Fair Grounds in Horseheads, N.Y., on Sunday, August 12. Other bands scheduled to perform include Drug Church, Sworn In (performing Start/End in it’s entirety), Such Gold, Can’t Swim, Life Barrier, and many more.

The festival started in 2010 by the iMatter Foundation to “counter suicide, self-harm and self-doubt by promoting unearthed value, unveiled purpose and defiant hope to this generation,” according to their website.  Like previous years, the festival is free (yes, free)  but you can purchase UP tickets which will allow you to hang with Underoath or August Burns Red. Other bands who’ve played the festival in the past include Silverstein, We Came As Romans, Hawthorne Heights, For Today, The Color Morale, Memphis May Fire, Stick To Your Guns, and Veil Of Maya.
