Ghostemane, The Offspring, Dance Gavin Dance, More To Play Welcome To Rockville 2020

Are you ready to rock?

The tenth annual Welcome To Rockville has released its lineup, and it’s one hell of a way to start the decade. Unlike the previous years which were in Jacksonville, Fla., this one will take place at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach.

Headlining the first night (Friday, May 8) are Metallica, Deftones, and Social Distortion, with appearances from Ghostemane, Knocked Loose, Bones UK, City Morgue, and Dinosaur Pile-Up. Day two (Saturday, May 9) will be headlined by Disturbed, The Offspring, and Staind, and will have acts like The Pretty Reckless, Hellyeah, Bad Wolves, New Years Day, and Toothgrinder perform. The last night (Sunday, May 10) will have Metallica coming back to headline with Lynyrd Skynyrd and Godsmack joining them. Also appearing on Sunday are Mastodon, Dance Gavin Dance, Of Mice & Men, Agnostic Front, and Hero The Band. Check out the full lineup below.

The second annual Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival is looking real good.

After already announcing Metallica as a headliner (who will headline two nights,) the Columbus, Ohio, rock festival have unveiled more artists for a stellar 2020 performance. Joining Metallica on the headlining slot is Slipknot, who will perform on Saturday night. Others playing are Code Orange, Royal Blood, Sublime With Rome, The Pretty Reckless, Flatbrush Zombies, Dance Gavin Dance, Hellyeah, Jinjer, Knocked Loose, and Ghostemane, as well as a mystery band. Tickets are on sale now and can be bought at sonictemplefestival.com. Sonic Temple takes place at Mapfre Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, from Friday, May 15, to Sunday, May 17.

Sonic Temple first took place earlier this year and replaced the annual Rock On The Range, which started back in 2007 in Columbus. Bands and artists like Ghost, Pussy Riot, Hands Like Houses, Action Bronson, Movements, The Black Dahlia Murder, Teenage Wrist, The Glorious Sons, and Basement, performed at the first Sonic Temple back in May of this year.

After blowing everyones’ minds when they unveiled that Metallica would be headlining twice at next year’s festival, Epicenter Festival are back to give us the full lineup. Well, minus one mystery band.

Joining Metallica on the headlining slot on Friday, May 1, are Godsmack and Papa Roach, along with Royal Blood, Starset, Ice Nine Kills, The Darkness, and Killstation. Saturday, May 2, has Disturbed, Staind, and the final North Carolina performance of Lynyrd Skynyrd, with Anthrax, Jinjer, Of Mice & Men, Code Orange, and Selfish Things. Metallica return on Sunday, May 3, with Deftones and Volbeat as co-headliners, with additional shows by Rancid, Hollywood Undead, Sleeping With Sirens, The Amity Affliction, and Goodbye June.

Epicenter Festival 2020 takes place Friday, May 1, to Sunday, May 3, at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C.. Passes are available now at epicenterfestival.com.

Epicenter Festival started in Southern California in 2009 and went on until 2013. The festival returned briefly in 2015 before disappearing again and being relocated to North Carolina in 2019. Bands who’ve played the festival in the past include Linkin Park, The Academy Is…, Five Finger Death Punch, Escape The Fate, Pennywise, Hopsin, and Dead Girls Academy.

The lineup for the eighth Aftershock Festival was announced earlier today. Headlining this year’s festival are Slipknot, Blink-182, and Tool. Other acts performing include Knocked Loose, Gojira, Angel Du$t, I Prevail, Bring Me The Horizon, Motionless In White, The Interrupters, Ghostemane, BABYMETAL, and The Crystal Method.

Tickets for Aftershock 2019 go on sale Friday, April 26 at 10 a.m. PST or 1 p.m. EST or us on the East Coast. The festival runs from Friday, October 11 to Sunday, October 13. For more info, go to www.aftershockfestival.com.
